Returned items must meet our criteria:

  • Items must be returned unused, intact and unused, with all labels attached and original packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and bags, if provided, and placed inside an external protective shipping box.
  • When testing a shoe, please do not damage the soles or damage the box.
  • If an item has a Trionfo or brand security tag, the item must be returned with the tag in its original location.
  • Socks and underwear must be returned with hygienic protective labels and in unopened packaging, where applicable.
  • Linen and swimsuits must be tried wearing your own underwear. We do not accept any returns that have been worn or dirty.
  • The jewelry must be returned in the same condition in which it arrived, including its own packaging and the documents supplied.

Be careful when trying purchases so you can return them in the same condition. Returns that do not meet our standards will not be accepted.

The items must be returned to the shipping address of our warehouse located in Via Quattro Giugno n.81, Serravalle, Republic of San Marino.


We include the cost of taxes and duties on your items for the following countries / regions without requiring additional payments upon delivery of the order:

Customers from the European Union, USA, Canada, Mainland China, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, Thailand, UAE , Japan, Mexico, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Bailiwick of Jersey, Republic of San Marino, Slovakia, Colombia, Chile and Argentina.

If you are ordering from the customs country, import duties are not applicable. However, it may be necessary to pay VAT or local sales tax.


After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details about your purchase. You could be contact if you want more information to verify your payment. Once approved your order will be processed within 2 working days.

Depending on your location, delivery normally takes 2-7 working days after shipment. We will be happy to update you with information relating to monitoring and an estimated arrival date.

Although we are committed to always delivering within the indicated time frame, we are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.


Once your return has been received and accepted, the refund will be completed through the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. We will keep you updated at every step and you can follow the path of your package with our carrier, using the tracking number on the label, or you can check the status of the return in your account, under “Orders and returns”.

If you prefer, we can process your refund as a credit for Trionfo; the sum will be deducted from your total cost at the time of checkout for your next order.

Defective Items

Our goal is that all products arrive in optimal conditions and that every customer is always satisfied with their purchase. Should you receive a defective, damaged or non-corresponding item to the description on the site, please contact the Customer Service immediately, which will arrange the return and activate the refund procedure.
